Nicole's advice (on) feeding a crowd has made my parties easier, more successful, and much more fun for me. -Arthur Schwartz, host of Food Talk and author of Arthur Schwartz's New York City Food

Hello Friends,
This has been my first year in Seattle and I loved it. The warm community, the landscape of mountains and lakes, and THE FOOD! As 2006 continues, I look forward to a full schedule of writing and teaching across the country -- both cooking classes and the professional workshops. I am also hard at work on my next book (I can reveal the title soon -- it's a very exciting concept.) And I'm thrilled to say that my first 2 books, Secrets From A Caterer's Kitchen and Cooking for Company continue to sell like gangbusters!
2006 has brought some altogether new adventures, too. I am serving as a judge for the James Beard Cookbook Awards and have been invited to be the guest chef on a 6-star culinary cruise around the Mediterranean in October!
Meanwhile, the newest facet of my career, Life Coaching, is expanding in a gratifying way. I feel fortunate to be able to share this powerful tool for living with my clients. Please email me for more information on this aspect of my career.
I am also working on the 2006 International Association of Culinary Professionals conference, which is coming to Seattle in April. And, as always, I'm writing for wonderful magazines.
Ciao e buon appetito,
