My classes are packed with tons of insider tips on everything from how to make perfect gravy to how to create a gorgeous buffet table. And, since I can't completely squelch my personality, a lot of humor creeps in, too.
Classes are usually 2 1/2 to 3 hours and are designed to provide ideas and yummy recipes for everyone from beginners to caterers. They are often demonstration although there are a few hands-on classes each year, too.
